Level: If you generally maintain an active lifestyle and have experience with a fitness routine – then this level is for you. Perhaps you used to go to the gym or to a trainer and you’re looking to get back into a routine. Use this program help to keep you on track and to give you some new workout ideas.
Equipment needed: Dumbbells and yoga mat, access to a bench. Optional- resistance bands, barbell, skipping rope.
