Level: If you’re a pro at working out regularly and have an already established fitness regimen – then this program is for you. Use this guide to challenge yourself or to add some variety to your current workout routine.

Equipment needed: Dumbbells and yoga mat, access to a bench. Optional- resistance bands, barbell, skipping rope.
