  • Weekly Challenge: Start your week off bright and early with a different challenge each Monday morning!
  • Weight Training: Bring your equipment and join coach B for some strengthening! No equipment? No problem! Everything can be modified to body weight only exercises.
  • Cardio Training: Cardio geared toward those of you who dislike running but still want to get your heart rate up & SWEAT! We will keep you moving for the whole time!
  • Stretch Class: Mobility training and flexibility, or stress relief & a deep stretch for tight muscles
  • Dance Fit: Learn dance routines to different songs, get your cardio & sweat on AND move your whole body!
