Whether you munch on these as a snack, have them as a side dish to your meat and veggies dinner, send them with your kids to school, or eat them as chips with dip (I dipped them in Heluva Good french onion dip and it was incredible! https://heluvagood.com/), these homemade sweet potato chips are so easy and yummy! My favourite part? They only require 3 ingredients!
- 4 small sweet potatoes
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TSP sea salt
- Preheat oven to approximately 250 degrees Fahrenheit
- Thinly slice sweet potatoes and toss in a mixing bowl with olive oil and salt – stir until evenly coated
- Place parchment paper on baking sheets and line up potato slices – do not overlap the potatoes
- Bake for approx 45 min (depending on oven – monitor) flip each slice, bake for another 30-or so minutes (keep watching them, burnt potatoes DO NOT taste yummy), then set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 minutes (this part gets them nice and crispy)
