Neck Stress & Tension Relief

If you’re always hunched over on your phone or laptop, and you tend to hold stress and tension in your neck, then these mobility moves & stretches are made for you! Add these to your workout regimen or practice them on their own at least 2-3 times per week.

Start by contracting and releasing your shoulder blades
Complete 10 reps x3 sets
Clasp your hands together and gently stretch out your shoulders – hold for only 5 seconds – then repeat x3 sets
Tilt your head to the side, gently place 1 hand on top of your head and one behind your back
Hold for 10 seconds per side and complete 3 sets
Retract and release trapezius complete 5 reps x3 sets
Slowly roll your neck side to side – very gently just let your head hang in front x10 reps 1 set
