Welcome!

If you feel like you’ve run out of options, you aren’t sure what to do, and are at your wits end in seeking support for child and family psychotherapy; I support at-risk youth and their families to find hope in working toward their values, vision, and lifestyle.

Hope can be found by regulating the nervous system, building healthy relationships, connecting with resources, and building resiliency. I work with children and youth ages 6-16, and their families, to help kids build self-confidence, emotional regulation strategies, and communication skills.

I support families and children who have experienced bullying, difficulties at school, technology/device addiction, body image issues, ADHD, difficulties with sleep, trauma, LGBTQ+, anxiety, fear, worry, ASD, separated/blended families, and other mental health concerns.

Hi, I’m Bria,

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have experience working with children, youth and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns. Before my work as an RP, I was a personal trainer for 3 years and I value both mental health and physical wellbeing. I have experience working with youth who have ADHD, ASD, mental health, addictions, and youth in the criminal justice system.

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”

I value the importance of supporting you and your family to identify what your primary needs and goals are so that you can create a life of health and fulfillment including movement, routine, rest, sleep, nourishment, as well as social time and time spent outdoors enjoying nature.

I’m here to help empower families to take steps toward making changes in their lives; healing starts with the individual and their environment.
